| CONTEXT
The project in collaboration with the FISCHBEIN design office was to redesign and rethink a machine manufactured in the U.S.A. to move its production to Holland in order to meet all the criteria of a European production (Standard / Availability of parts / European subcontracting).

The final result of the collaboration with Fischbein is a first prototype, in order to optimize the future industrialization. For this project, we also took care of the assembly of the parts at the customer's site in order to better reference the points requiring continuous improvement.
